I need to know the weather conditions, the condition of the tires, about the gas. But I don't need it all the time and I don't want to pause to take it off the screen! Please, let me press a button and have the information (or not!).
We certainly don’t need two rev counters 🙄 A toggle would surely be easy enough for PD to implement. So it’s still there for those who want it, but those who don’t want it there all the time have the option to turn it off and enjoy the immersion.
The whole HUD needs to be customizable, in all views. It's far too cluttered and gets even worse with things popping up like the car you're passing. I'm sure some people like it, but it should be an option.
Well I don’t need it. If they change it, also fine, but I already have difficulty mapping all functions to the available buttons. I don’t think I’ll map it so that I can change it during a race.
My biggest issue with the game so far. The new cockpit view options added in 7 are good and it looks gorgeous, but the current HUD is absolutely terrible and ruins any sense of immersion. We need full customization or at least some sort of minimalist option so we can enjoy an uncluttered view while also being able to do endurance events.
Let me also use this chance to complain about how ghastly the digital rev meter looks. Either give me an analog option that doesn't take up half the screen or the ability to switch it off.
I just don’t understand how we just don’t have an option to toggle what we want to have on the screen… makes no sense, and as the op said give us a button to just hit so we can have it all on the screen or off. At least you can turn of ABS from the pause menu, but in like AC you can just turn it off by pressing a button that’s what we ultimately need!
Yes please. And let us do something about race information too. If you disable it you don’t see penalties, options during pit stops, and other information. It’s like they didn’t think we would use it apart from replays.
