Please translate these screens

One download finished. But now something else is downloading, however, it isn't making any progress. The status bar hasn't moved in several restarts. These screens show up. Can someone please tell me what they mean.









What are the two options at the bottom of the screen?
 
i'm not 100% sure but the 2nd screen says something failed. the 3rd screen, left icon is disagree and right icon is agree. seems to be some sort of privacy or terms & condition statment.

The first picture is "Failed in download. "
The second picture is "The error occurred while downloading it. "

The left side is "Do not agree," and the right side is "agree."[In the 3rd and the 4th]

Okay?
 
Not a direct answer, but maybe it helps you to know that there are two updates , the first is for online play and the second is a new track and more cars ( SPEC II ) .
Just keep trying. 👍
