PLR Radio Station- Is this a coincedence?

I was driving along, listening to PLR (a radio station) and they were interviewing someone (it sounded like a young boy) and then he got into an argument...and all I could hear was slapping. (it was quite amusing)

Then, at that exact point, an ambulance went past me. There hadn't been any fights near where I was, so I'm wondering if this was something to do with the radio station? I usually see ambulances go past, but only when there's been a bad incident.

Has anyone else noticed this?

(I don't think I explained this very well...I only heard a little bit of the radio station, before I flew out and smashed into a wall

All I know is that speeches, commercials and news are real time with game.

Yeah, I think it is possibly scripted.
