dear members of the great GTP forums

i need help my game is refusing to update although i have the latest firmware and 1mb ADSL cinnection am really confused

i need the update badly if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it :)

try updating from within the game and not at boot. So load the game, when it askes to update say no, get to the game home page then go to I think its news or online something like that, it will then ask you to update again and it should work ok..
 
Yes that's it , go under the news.

If it stop & fail don't worry, this might happen a lot, do not reboot the game, just go to the news again and continue the update ;)
 
thnx for the help guys but i tried it alot and it didn't work it gets all the way to half of the download and it fails

Try it again, although the bar resets, it actually keeps what it has downloaded, so eventually it will finish. In other words, if it fails at 50%, and you re-start the download, it will start the bar at 0 but will finish at 50 because it saves what youve downloaded.
This only works if you do it in the game menu though, when you click on the "news" option.

Its just a matter of keep re-trying and eventually it will do it.
