PM Downloading & "Enhanced Mode"...

When I download my PM's as .txt files, you get all of the bold and size tags and the like along with it, but they don't do anything. They just clutter up the page, and make the page even harder to read. For GTP8, is it possible that we can open it in MS Word, or at least in Wordpad?

Yes, when text is saved as a .txt file, all formatting is removed. A rtf file download would solve that, if there is/will be one.

Oh and for the enhanced mode thing i have no idea.

It seems vBulletin's equivilent of the .rtf is to download it as an XML, which is also what the MSN messenger chat history uses, just off topic.

I know you can view XML files in dreamweaver, but i don't know about anything else.

No, the PM download options are the same and there are no others available. Displaying vB code is also not an option that I can remove - it is saved in the database along with the rest of the message, and is only converted to HTML when processed by vBulletin.
