.png to Upload Extensions

Jordan, can you please add .png to the valid extensions list so people can upload Portable Network Graphics. This will prove most useful for us abstract designers, if we can upload uncompressed stuff. Although, it may be hard to get a .png under 102kb, but still. I have a 32kb .png I wish to upload and I don't feel like uploading it to an art community then using IMG tags to get it up here.

Like you said, it's probably because PNGs are almost always over 100k; I think you're better off zipping them, especially if you're in the 56K zone.

About the only PNGs under 100k in my folders are either avatars or tiny repeated backgrounds.

I have a 650x550 .png that I wish to upload.

You could always put the PNG file into a ZIP file and then attach that, but I have gone ahead and added PNG as a valid attachment file extension for your convenience.
