Morning,

How does the point system for Champions work? Believe my points are incorrect. Last week in the manufacturers cup for the last round had me at 8 and I added 37. Yesterday I raced in the Nations cup and it has me at 4 as opposed to 20. I know one race I had 7, doesn’t add up, please advise.

Each lobby is worth a value proportional to the median DR score of the participants - so lobbies in GT3 at C/D/E are worth far less than those in GT1 with participants at A/A+. It's about 5%, so 1,000pt if the median DR is 20,000pt.

The winner takes about 10% of the points total, so in the above example the winner earns about 100pt. It's not quite that straightforward; these are ballpark numbers for quick calculations.

If you're at DR C/D/E, as suggested by the number of points in your post, it can be quite chaotic as the DR points spread of drivers ranges from 0 to 9,999 - or more if some drivers rank up in DR, because you stay in that league throughout - making lobbies worth anywhere from (in theory) 1pt to 50pt for the win. That very much appears to tally with your observations.

Note that only the last race you enter in each round counts towards your total.

I think I got all that. Lol thanks for the explanation. Thought it was a tally of all races that round. Makes sense on the points of one race and that’s what I had for that race. Thank you
