Basically just wanna open up a new thead dealing with Point to Point races, obviously these are great for drifting :).
How would you make them?

Use your imagination, pull parts for existing GT4 courses if you want :).

I mean is this really that hard to understand :-/, If people cant understand this just drop the thread. I hope you all the best of luck with this thread if anyone cares. Taking what I thought would be a "FUN" <---- Being the key word. Idea and seeing if anyone would like to participate. But as Usual the so called "VET" members as well as i'm sure the "MODS" will roll in and destroy this idea and put either their own idea in place of it or just take it from teh publics eyes, and push it into some deep black dusty corner of gtplanet.. Thanks again everyone, This will be my last post, and my last stop by GTplanet :) enjoy :P

Im way nicer than this but what does building a drifting track have to do with Gt4 seriously. This forum is called GT4 Drifting. oh well..Ill probably just edit out my post if you don't like it or just leave it alone. In your last thread, you forgot to ask a Admin to move your team thread to the right place and I even put a link for you to follow.
edit: I can be wrong, I have done this before but Im trying...

You're pretty new to the forum also.
Wasted bandwidth is a no-no in this forum. We as members, and particularly verteran members need to enforce things like these and inform new members about the rules.

Don't be so ignorant if you don't know what's going on.

👍, Agreed.

More to the point. Could you explain what you want in more detail?. From what i can gather you want us to find a section from a track on GT4 post it up, and talk about it?.

I think this has been done before, but i can see potential in it still. Especially if an archive of sorts was made to host up the picture maps of the desired section of track aswell as a brief discussion below it. It would be something the new guys can look at, so they can pick a suitable section of track to drift on for their specific skill level.

Yeah I remember someone doing a touge style point to point race with the NSX at Deep Forest. It was doing the downhill part of the reverse track from the tunnel to the start/finish line.

Still, I'd love to do more stuff like that at different tracks with different cars. I just don't see it belonging in the drift section. Should be in OLR or something.

You're incredible! Why do you think just because it's your idea that it automatically must be respected, new, fresh and everyone should jump right in? That anyone/everyone that questions or disagrees with you is just not on the level?

This is the second time you've done this. You start a thread with a totally incomplete idea, people pick it apart(because you haven't thought it through) and then you catch an attitude. NK4E was right, this had nothing to do with GT4 in your original post. Now, it actually looks like something that could be fun. But, as usual, you decided to cop an attitude when someone pointed out the wholes in your presentation instead of just completing your thought.

Then you got and intentional aggrevate the very members you want to participate...:dunce:

Well, if this was infact your last stop by GTP, no problem. If you plan on coming back with anything else, I would suggest you think about it for more then 30 seconds before posting.

Uh...Mt. Akina is very real. Along with the vast majority of the mountain passes in Initial D. That's part of the reason people think they can do initial D in real life.

except they renamed the mountian in initial d. it is actually named haruna.

well he left? aww too bad I was going to suggest the actual d1 sections they use in the d1gp....such as the 100r corner in reverse at fuji.....or the section at tsukuba after the first corner to the dunlop tire....and Suzuka....we will find out the course for suzuka later this year!
