Have you? A wheelie bar on a FWD car will lengthen the wheelbase and allow less weight transfer to the back of the car, giving more traction to the front wheels.
Wheelie bars don't lengthen the wheel base  The wheel base is measured from the front wheels to the rear, not to the bumper, or beyond.

In a FWD car, everything past the front wheels is the wheely bar, as the rear of the car would have to go through the ground for it to do a wheelie.

Wheelie bars are there to prevent a car flipping when it does start to wheelie.

I don't know for sure, perhaps you have a pic, but I think fitting a wheely bar to a FWD is pointless!

Heres a wheelie :)

With FWD they are usually called wheelie or traction bars, I meant they physically lengthen the wheelbase because they are usually almost flat on the ground. "Traction bars" prevent the rear suspension from squatting and prevent the front end of the car from lifting. FWD cars don't actually wheelie.
