1) Only the guys who joined this week's contest can vote. If someone else does it, it won't count.
2) @Granadier 's meme isn't really in the theme, but I'll count it anyway just because interest wasn't big.
3) If there is a tie, I will decide who's the winner.

It may work better/get more participation if you let the people vote the winner, maybe something like meme/post that gets the most likes before the deadline wins, rather than using one persons arbitrary decision on a winner. :)

Good idea. I'm going to use this one. The meme which gets more likes wins.
 
Why don't we go by the likes people get, as mentioned before ?
Would be by far the easiest ... and isn't it already a poll ?
If we get a tie, the latest winner decides ( OP for this round and in case of emergency :) ).

Can the winner participate on his own theme? In photo competitions the winner couldn't take part in the theme he had chosen.
