poll via mobile device?

Can you set up a poll by using your phone? Like if you wanted to start a thread with your phone and insert a poll, how so?

1. Create a thread.

2. While in the thread, click the title at the top. This should take you to the desktop version of the site.

3. In the top right of the OP, click "Thread tools." The create poll option is in that menu,

Via the Android app at least you cant do this, however you can always view the site in your browser in the website format and create a poll like Schwartz mentioned.
