SONY and PD to Sell Car Packs...
Why limit trading if there was not a plan to sell you content? I bought the game, I bought the console, I earned all the money for the PSN ID's on my machine by racing in the game, now I have $150,000,000 in buying power but I am reduced to grinding on one ID in order to buy the nicer cars.
I am done with everything except the endurance races, although I did race Indy, I will not race another endurance without the ability to save the race midpoint.
I love the franchise, I love the feel of "driving" this game gives you but it is so shallow on content outside of museum cards, color chips, and endless copies of the same Nissans. Limited numbers of tracks, and woefully few A-Spec events makes this a "play it once in a while" game for me. B-Spec is like watching paint dry so I wont be doing that. If I am going to "watch" a race, it's not going to be a video game doing the driving.... DOH
iracing.com is a far more realistic racing challenge if you are into online racing. Which I am not. So, after 6 years, lots of promises, lots of hype, and high expectations this game falls short of delivering any sort of simulation experience. Name one car collector who doesn't have the right to do whatever they want with their cars?
If it was the Polydigital Phonies Scottsdale Auction, instead of Barrett Jackson, they could sell one car a day for $1 Million max... NAZIS.
