polyphony 0001/0002?

after looking at the prize cars for GT3 on this site for the professional league, i saw that i was getting completely different F1 cars called POLYPHONY 0001/0002 whereas on the prize list for eg. polyphony digital cup, instead of winning the F094/s, i win the polyphony0001:banghead:

this is a problem as i believe the F094/s is better than both polyphony0001 and 0002.

well dood first off welcome to GTplanet (i always wanted to say that) haha anywho from what i have heard i believe it is because you have the PAL version of gran turismo meaning you live somewhere in europe? australia? and the F094/s and all those other ones are on the american version of Gran turismo 3 and not the european version.... and dood. this is in the wrong forum...

This is because you have the PAL version of the game, us PAL users got screwed over by Polyphony Digital and instead of getting 6 F1 cars we get 2, but on the upside the Polyphony001 apparantly out does the F094/s and the Polyphony002 apparantly out does the F686 F1 cars...only by one hundreths of seconds. I don't really know if this is true but do search and everything should clear up...man you had to bring it up didn't you...im starting to feel that feeling of being screwed over again :lol:

Oh also on the up side we get GT Concept and they don't :p
 
I'm not sure about the Polyphony 001 but the 002 comes in different colours. I don't know how many colours there are but I've seen 3 different colours so far

White
Red
Dark Blue
 
Both of the pal F1's come in somwhere between 4-6 different colours.
 
What are the other colours?
 
go to the "Look before you ask" thread up the top and i think they're in there some where.

Welcome to GTPlanet, wit0005. I'm going to close this thread not because it's an offense or anything, but because the topic has been covered a few thousand times and I'd rather that discussion continue in one of those threads rather than retread the same info yet again.
