I have to say, this must be the weirdest, quirkiest, and ugliest car ever sold in America. This was Pontiac's first attempt to make an SUV, and they were "basing the styling and features on America's requests". In 2001, the car was entered into production, and unfortunately, sales were not good at all. I guess "somebody" requested a cooler in the interior, a long, pointy nose, and oddly shaped dashboard, and paint color options in every color of the rainbow except purple. By 2003, Pontiac refreshed the body style, and added a sportier package called "Rally", and the "Camping Edition" for outdoorsy people. Although I think these models are cool looking, it was too unusual and ugly for most of America. Sadly, the car was discontinued in 2005. This is not my favorite car, but in some weird way, I want to see it in Gran Turismo. Maybe I could make it into a drag beast, a rally car, a drift car, or maxed out, 250mph supercar.

Specifications for the Aztek
Engine Type: 3,350cc, 3.4l V6
Drivetrain: 4WD (obviously)
Horsepower: 185 (for all models)
RPM: 5,200
Torque: 210 ft. lb, 285NM
Weight: 5,038 lbs
Base Price New: $19,622 US Dollars (people will buy a running, used Aztek for less than $1,000 sometimes)
If this car was in GT, I would assume the PP would be in the 360-370 range

Enjoy!

It still boggles my mind that the same man responsible for this monstrosity was the guy who ended up designing one of the best looking Corvettes I've seen:

And its doing quite the opposite in sales. Wonder what happened in the time between these two.
