Like many other around here wishing Porsche was in the Gran Turismo series, I thought I try to recreate the Porsche 911 3.2l Carrera out of the RUF Yellow Bird. This is a very simple tune (de-tune) to try to match the US specs of the 911 Carrera in 1987.

To match the 1987 specs as closely as possible do NOT perform an oil change after purchasing the car. If you change the oil you will be unable to set the HP to 230hp.

Performance: 445PP
Max Power: 231HP (US spec)
Weight: 1210kg

Tune:
Purchases a set of American Racing Vintage Torq Trust rims
Reduced Power Limiter to 50.2%
Add 60kg of Ballast

To improve it handling, I added the extra 60kg to the front of the car by moving the ballast position to -50%.

Here's is my BTR de-tune back to the Porsche 911 Turbo (type 930)

Performance: 449PP
Max Power: 282HP (US spec)
Weight: 1350kg

Tune:
Purchases a set of American Racing Vintage Torq Trust rims
Reduced Power Limiter to 76.4% (after oil change)
Add 170kg of Ballast

To improve it handling, I added the extra 170kg to the front of the car by moving the ballast position to -50%.

Cool idea, must try that.
Just to nitpick, 231 PS (228 HP) would be the high compression, non-cat engine which was never available in the US.
And as already said, don't change the rims, it will make your rear tires as narrow as the fronts...
