Hey guys. I just found a sim that works on my weak laptop. Not sure if any of you have tried it. I think it's just a demo called the Raceroom Experience.

Anyway I get it to recognize my wheel but the standard pedals are a no show along with my shifter. This is the first time using my wheel on a PC so I have no idea what I'm doing. :dunce:

Do you have the driver installed on the PC for the wheel?

Yes I do. My laptop recognizes everything but that demo says devise missing. Recognizes the wheel and thats it. Says missing devise is clubsport pedals

How do you jave the pedals and shifter connected?

If using usb to laptop make sure the ps2 cable is not plugged in to the pedals aswell. ( wait, standard pedals dont have usb, do they?)

Do the device drivers on your lapptop recognize the pedal and shifter?

Assuming in the Fanatec properties they show up and work, then in the game try manually assigning them. It may be expecting them to be plugged in a different way and didn't automatically recognize them.

Both shifter and pedals are hooked up to the wheel. No usb for either. I tried manually assigning them in game but doesn't seem to recognize it. I'm starting to think it more an issue with the demo since the pc and Fanatec drivers recognizes everything perfectly fine.

Probably. You could try the NetKar Pro demo, that should be even easier on system requirements than RRRE, and is better anyway.

I had the same problem with raceroom. There is a certain place in the assign section you have to click with your mouse to get the setup to start. Cant remember exactly where you have to click just keep clicking around and it will pop up to let you assign the pedals.

Thanks for your help guys. I'll try both of those options. 👍

Got it! Had to double click on each entry. :dunce:
