I all, I know Porsche's name is copyright, but I came across it in the used dealership while reading the description on an RUF. I don't know if this matters or not? Dies it just have to be the logo?

Interesting. As the other poster pointed out I think it would have to be libel to be a law suit. There's no legal ramification of restating public information unless they directly plagiarize someone else without permission.

A name isn't intellectual property - Porsche are mentioned in GT3 and GT4 too.
