Possible silverstone track design?

If you look at the daily mail today on pg 80 there is a advert for the Renault megane sport at the bottom of the page and there is a track layout that could suit silverstone quite nicely.

(its similar to this advert but with a different track layout)

It looks like a "fake" track, or at least, one I'm not familiar with.

So I'm trying to get a better look...read this:
