It might be possible to attach it to the stand, there's often common mounting holes, but the torque from the DD motor (and the weight) will probably put a lot of stress in that single upright base mount of the stand. I'm sure there'd be some flex. Something more sturdy is usually recommended for DD wheels.

Also the T818 works on PC only at the moment. Which is of course fine if that's what you've got.

You could look at the Next level racing DD stand (NLR-S013).
not to be confused with the Next level racing 2.0 (NLR-S023).

Also you may need the thrustmaster T818 compatible cockpit/desk mounting bracket.
