Possible to get OFF COURSE on GTC??

Since I'd like to topspeed some cars I'd like to know...

Does anyone know if its possible to get OFF TRACK on GTC?
I know the places in GT3 but I don't know any in GTC.

Anyone knows a spot and with which car?

I've tried just about everywhere on every track with no luck unfortunately. Polyphony convineintly (sp) removed all the tracks from GTC which you could break out of.
