possible to win a price car twice?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about GT5 A-spec mode:
I know it's possible to do a championship twice, then you get the prize money.
But can you win the prize car too for the second time?

Second question:
Can you stop a championship (for instance race 3/5), save it, and come back later to resume at race 3?
