Possible way of getting Stealth cars from friends?

If a friend has downloaded a stealth car on his psn account,is it possible to put his account on your ps3 and download the stealth car off him?...sorry,I would try my-self but I my friend won't trust me until he knows its a fact that it works...thanks

and once the account isnt on your ps3 they get deleted / unusable from that ps3 im pretty sure

but can be redownloaded free from ps store

No, it still stays in your account and all the ones you create after. I guess is something similar to copying a game to the Hard Drive; in which it doesn't matter in which account you install, it will apply to all.
