Post-Patch Problem

A day after I downloaded 2.15, all 400+ cars from my garage have disappeared, and I am now stuck with the car I have currently selected. I tried to buy a car and selected the drive now option, but it switched immediately back into the previously selected car. My garage and items list is empty, and no newly aqcuired items or cars show up in the respective lists. I am very eager not to have to start over, or wait until the GT6 release. If you have any ideas on how to revert this problem, please help me.
 
Not exactly sure if this will help, but have you checked the "backup" file? As I recall, GT5 makes two different save files: one main file, and another backup one, just in case the first one gets corrupted.

Just a thought.

Used an old save on a USB. Crisis averted. Lost 3mil credits and a car or two, but not as much as big of a loss. :)
 
Have you applied any sort of "tweaking" to the PS3 console or to the game itself?
