10.318 sec with RSubaru Impreza WRX STi Version VI

8.027 sec with Suzuki Escudo Pike's Peak Ver.
 
Cool you got it to 8.027, I havent messed with the P.P.V. or any others since I last posted anything in here. Now that I beat the game and all golds just Drifting lol

i dont know, but i'd think the escudo would be the fastest
 
Hey mobil are you using A/T for those time? Since your new A/T is Automatic Transmission
 
I think I'm in the 7's with my Escudo........I'll check later tonight.
 
Yeah go check on that, I spent over a month messing around with the Escudo just on the 1/4. My best yet is 8.0 something
 
Nope......don't know what I was think'n....I'm still at 8.2 something. The Suzuki Cutlas is right behind it.
 
Dose anyone agree that GT2 is totally F'd how the RWD car's are impossible to hookup off the line. Their's no grip or control over traction. I also think it's the same for GT3-Aspec but can't remember since I havent played it for month's. Best thing I'v had for GT2 was a special version Mad Catz controller, I was able to control throttle pressure.

BTW my top 8 1/4 times are 10.056 and faster and think one is RWD but no sure.
 
Downforce kills acceleration and top speed. if you want a better launch, play around with your LSD and raise the front end of the car up 1-2 clicks above the rear. Make the rear suspension super soft for good lauches in the drag events.
 
Hey option if that's in response to my post d/f makes no friken difference at all on a RWD car pushing more then 300 hp. All you can do is start in a higher gear. May smoke the tires but wont have to worry about shifting while still burning out. I think the 1/4 test is pointless using anyhting but AWD or FWD. Cause the times dont mean crap on RWD.
 
i think the Escudo should be banned, everytime someone says "what's your top Speed? What's your best time here, there and the other place?" Everyone says "My Escudo did blah blah blah!" Yes I do own an Escudo, for RALLY RACING!!
 
no, i only use the escubo for rallys now, and for that not even that often, and the gt-one is much faster
 
Well, you have 2 choices to keep RWD's locked up.

1) Launch in 1st, and shift into 2nd after 1-2 seconds.

2) Launch in 2nd.

Same thing with spinouts during a race, start back up in 1st and you'll be spinning your tires and going nowhere......or lauch in 2nd and pull away clean and quick.
