I've been trying to scrounge up some money to build a custom server, just business is tough nowadays. I'm thinking of getting either a TYAN or SuperMicro motherboard, with dual, hex-core AMD Opteron processors, and Corsair water-cooling. I don't know about case mods yet, although i did get the case for free. I already have a monitor, speakers, a good USB laser-mouse, and one of those "indestructable" and "highly moisture-resistant" keyboards. I like using it, because the clicking of our old Dell keyboard is creaky and annoying. I don't have pics of it yet, but I can take pics when I find my friggin' camera.
I should have pics by wednesday.
also, if anyone has any suggestions for what my server should have, please tell me.(case mods especially, because there's a window on the side of the case.)
