GLOBETRAHTER
So I have been testing all my cars on Tsukuba Circuit as of Late regardless of power they have to determine handling. I know some people disagree with this track but I love this track and racing on it. I do test on the 'Ring and Grand Valley and recently Fuji but the main track I go to is Tsukuba

I would like to compare times with people so please post your times in here on Racing Softs and Tunes if you like or even videos.

All my cars will have full suspension, drivetrain, racing softs, Ill post power too

I just thought of this so Im at work now and Ill post mine when I get home, the most rcent car I did was the McLaren F1 '94 (still tuning)

McLaren F1'94 52s:339 (only oil change and whatever breaking in gets me)

SuperVeloce 51s: xxx (not sure exact time)

I been playing around at Tsukuba a bit myself lately, finished the 9hr endurance there earlier this week with Toyota Yellowhat YMS Supra '05, best lap of 52:334"

Last night, just playing around with Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo, a 51.555"

O man, 9hr is long, I did it a couple times on bspec tho. I also want that yellowhat supra because if the v8 but I got the woodone supra. That S2000 is crazy tho

I have had some fun with some cars on Tsukuba. I use DS3 with all assists off except ABS(1):
Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo: 0:51:400
Dunlop ER34 SKYLINE: 0:54:025
Ford Mustang Trans-Cammer: 0:55:019
Mitsubishi CZ-3 Tarmac: 0:55:448
Ford RS200: 0:55:994
Amuse S2000 Street Version: 0:56:061
Peugeot 205 Turbo 16: 0:56:407

The Calsonic IMPUL GT-R '08 pulls 51.9xx" laps easy enough on stock settings with race softs, so definitely a car to tune for on this track. Time with DS3 pad and AT shift.

I don't use race softs, but I did try out a couple of cars I was thinking of using in the 9h endurance. These were my times on race mediums (all untuned), with some comments:

M3 GTR: 57.0
Gallardo; 55.3
458 Italia: 54.7
M3 GTR Race car 52.8
Raybrig NSX: 52.6
S2000 GT1 turbo: 51.9
Castrol TOM's Supra '97: 51.8

I absolutely hated the Gallardo and the S2000 turbo. The NSX is fun but I just can't handle it, I spun 4/5 laps. The supra is scary good, I was doing lap after lap in 52 flat and couldn't get it off the racing line if I tried. Both BMWs are fantastic, but the race car is a little too fast. I'll probably use the 458 for the race I think, fun to drive and easy to save when you make mistakes.

Nissan XANAVI NISMO Z ‘06 with only an oilchange and racing softs and I run constanly low 51s depending on the tune ;)

Yes, the NISMO Z was really fast! I just tested it to compare with the other Super GTs and did 51.7 with stock settings on race mediums, then a 51.371 with aero maxed out. :) I wonder how fast a good driver could go...

Now I'm tempted to try out the garage battle tunes!

It isn't the fastest thing out there and it will never gt into the low 50's, but I ran consistent laps with a Chevy SS Concept truck in the 57.5-58 flat range. It wasn't modified to the max either, sits at 519PP. If anyone wants to try it, here is what I did:

Stage 3 weight reduction
lightweight windows (I think, not in front of my PS3 at the moment)
ECU Tuning
Racing Air Filter
Racing exhaust (Possibly sports)
Adjustable LSD (10, 25, 15 respectively)
twin clutch
racing flywheel
6 speed close ratio gearbox
Height adjustable suspension (I know, blastphemy to not use the full suspension)
Ride height -5,-5
Springs 12.0, 9.5
Dampers 3, 2
Camber 2.5, 2.0
Racing Soft.

I may be leaving out a few engine mods but if I am, it would be the catalytic converter and exhaust manifold, power should be around 573 hp. I wanted to have a cost effective tune with this one. It is a smooth drive and catches a lot of people by surprise because of the speed. Other times for the car include a 7:40 time on the Nurburg, 1:17 on Deep Forrest, 1:41 on Grand Valley reverse.

trucks do well on tsukuba because essentially it is a bunch of slow corners separated by drag races. they lose time against competition in the turns and regain it between them. i will (maybe) post some times later.

That SST can hit over 900 HP.

If you got 57's it can pull 55's.

I figure it can probably get down in the 54's but I didn't want to throw a ton of money at a car I don't use. But nonetheless, that truck is a pretty nice sleeper!

New Updates

C30 R Volvo :57.684

Camaro SS Edge Special :54.290

GTR SpecV 09 :51.131, (going to try to hit 50 or under 50) originally I was at :52.339

McLaren F1 '94 :51.938 **thats big to me from where I was at originally. I have just been tuning and I had to eventually add the wing. It's fun to drive and Im having troubles getting out the corners because if I acclerate to quick the car just push's out like its read to go again so I dont dont know what to do about that yet** HP is at 649 now I guess Its got alot of engine break in now??? IDK bu I have only done oil change

Evo x with evrything off except for abs 1 and manual tranmission my timing is 53:783
