i posted this in the automotive section as well, but i decided to post it here so you guys can see. plz help me O_O

i recently was involved in a 7 car pileup on the freeway, and it wasnt my fault, so i have quite a few dollars to burn as my car was totaled. i've been trying to find a good 240sx fastback, but i just cant seem to locate one. if you are selling one or know somebody who is selling one in the southern california area, please let me know, im quite desperate O_O
 
check on AUTOTRADER, i've seen some 240sx like 89 to 92, fastback and coupe for under $3000, better hurry up or you wont get it, location, L.A. and San Diego, plus go to Recycler.com also, there's a lot of it, coupe to fastback
 
In case your looking to do an sr20 swap, you might already know this but; on the 89-90 model's, you'll have to get a power steering pump and line's out of a newer model for it to work.

You can alway's find 240's on Autotrader.com
Ebay is either overpriced/small selection or s hit. Good luck
 
Ebay sucks, sometimes they wont even do nothing at all, plus its like not even in Cali, its over somewhere else, i dont want to go there and claim my money back, ohh i got some questions about converting 240sx,

1. When converting a 240sx coupe to a S13 headlights, do i need any cutting and welding?
2. Can i just buy just the headlight and bracket holder and buy the side fender widebody and a carbon fiberhood, front kits saperate or do i need to buy the whole stock front S13?

man i dont really know much about 240sx, but im reading it and finding out more, thanks

1. The s13 silvia's light's will plug right in to the '89-94 240's factory harness.

2. You can buy all the part's seperate, but make sure you get the silvia headlight bracket's.

mine's gonna be converted with an S15 headlight :D
 
I thought about putting an S15 face on my 240hatch a couple of year's ago. Then I slapped myself, and spent the $3,000 - price w/out the cost of paint; on a Haltech e6x, and a Blitz LM cooler. :)

yeah ia lready checked autotrader, and there was only like 2 good ones on there..but both of them had high mileage. the search continues...
 
is there anything that i should know about the S13 conversion, because i dont know anything, i been trying to find out but nothing i see, so it will fit, thats cool, i hear you have to cut, but thanks for the answers, and damn i wanna buy the headlights for cheap price but i dont trust Ebay, maybe i'll just have to go around forums and ask whos saling a cheap S13 headlights

Man, sorry to hear that, if you lived over here then you'd have a 240sx or silvia by now :lol: But like the others mentioned just try out ebay motors and autotrader, I'm almost certain that you will find the car your looking for.

Yo, man you should go to www.240sxforums.com There are some really helpful people over there. Nice too. Check them out. You'll find everything you need there just in the FAQ's.
