Posting two pictures side by side

How can I post two pictures side-by-side, embedded from flickr?


I want to post two photos per "row" of photos in my ITCC thread, at 500 pixels each. There's plenty of room, but it's simply not working. Help please?

Just put the urls bounded by tags next to each other. I don't think there's a way to hard format side-by-sideness. Alternatively, you could just combined the pictures with photo software.

I edited Mr Mel's row for you. If that's what you want, then just edit the rest of them like that.

On GTP11, single images are limited to 700 pixels' width - anything larger than that is scaled down to 700 pixels with an "enlarge image" bar. If you try to put two 500px images next to each other, the software will simply put them on different lines.

Make them less than 350px (you may have to account for automatic gapping) without any line breaks and they'll go alongside each other just fine.

Darn, okay. Is this something the fabled GTP 12 aims to look for, to save forum space?

It's not to do with forum space and more to do with the fact that some folk browse here on smaller screens than you're using.

Slightly wrong, though: I'm currently on my Blackberry, relatively small screen. I know, I put GTP to the widest screen settings, but oh well.
