Power / Weight Ratio in UI

Can someone explain to me if this is a bug or not?

In the tuning setup for my car... I'm seeing something that does not make sense to me.

I notice that when I change from stock to level 1, 2, or 3 Turbo... The HP for the car changes, but the Power to Weight ratio graph does not change.

Like if the stock HP in a 750kg car could be 325hp... 0.433 P/W.

If I bolt on a Turbo that raises the HP to 350hp shouldn't the graph change to .466 P/W?

And while we are at it... I really hope they add the ability to sort cars by P/W... Not to mention selecting other standards for power such as HP/BHP/KW
 
Its actually weight to power not power to weight in gt5, so the lower the number the better really.

But the graph should still change, right? :)

That's when talking weight-to-power. When talking power-to-weight, you want big numbers.

Yea, annoyingly its weight to power in GT5 though :/
