Powerline adapter problems

I use a powerline adapter for my ps4 pro since my modem is in the garage.

The problem is my powerline adapter keeps working on and off I tried to reset it many times it does not work. Only two lights work not three.

Can anybody help me out on this?

What brand is it?

I used to rely entirely on powerline adaptors and found the TP Link ones were great while they worked, but I had at least three that went faulty. They're not the most reliable devices on the market so if yours is within warranty I'd try to RMA it while you still can.
