I dont know if this is something new or I just didnt notice before.

I was browsing my garage because I wanted to tune some cars to 400PP. I go down my list and pick my Lupo GTI 01. I've never gotten in this car before. So everything should be stock. PP is at 343. I get into the car and into the settings menu and the PP changes to 376.

Is this just something that is being compensated for the recent updates? It does this for standard and premium cars. Sorry if this has been covered before.

I guess it happens when PD adjust performance points in their patches. The PP value you see in your garage can be a value from a previous version of the game and when you enter settings you will see the actual value. When you exit the setting again you will see that the value in the garage view will be updated too.

Yea, the same thing happened to me with my go-karts a while back.

It isn't from this update. Don't remember which one it was, but was a little while ago. Very frustrating when you scan your garage for a TT car, find something fun looking that is only a PP over/under the limit, jump in and the PP jumps by 30. Nope, not dragging the limiter down to 75%, next car.

I think the reason for the huge PP jumps when looking at the car from the garage menu, compared to what it says when you actually pick a car is related to when PD removed the tires out of the PP calculations.
This is most likely the case since OP said he had never used the car before.

I've seen some slight PP differences with 2,08 as well. I.e the Nissan GT500 GT-R's was at 610 PP fully broken in with Max DF settings, but it's now at 609.
