PP ratings change without mods/use

I have recently noticed that the PP numbers have changed for some cars AFTER I view their settings. Eg. Cappuccino RM was listed as 420 PP in my garage when I sorted on it, but after I viewed it's settings it went up to 474 PP. I did have it on Comfort tyres from the last time I used it but and now on Race tyres.

Perhaps when they disassociated tyres from PP calculations, they didn't auto update your whole garage. Only when you select the car now does it get updated?!

Anyone else notice this?
