Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there any way to notify people when their premium membership is about to expire. I logged on this morning and was confused for a few minutes to find my page had changed, inbox full etc and it took me a few minutes in my confused state (7 in the morning during my holiday!!) to work out what was going on. Renewing is easy etc but I just wandered if there is any way of letting people know they need to renew soon in case, if you''re like me, you aren't that organised!

Fairly sure I do, I even changed it to my, more reliable, work address as my yahoo one was playing up. Strange, if that is the case, I apologise and will have a look into why my e-mail isn't working
 
Expiration email notifications are sent out a few days before your subscription expires. I just checked the logs and found yours was sent out Wednesday morning, so you may want to double-check your ability to receive mail from GTPlanet at your work address. Note that some commercial email systems will simply reject the message instead of correctly filing it a spam/junk folder accessible to you.

Thanks Jordan, my mistake. I'll have a look and see what the deal is with my e-mail server at work and get GTPlanet taken off the spam list :)
