Premium waiting time?

Just a question from an impatient poster: How long does it take untill the premium benefits take effect? It's been about half an hour now, paypal says the payment has been verified, tested for drugs, forgotten, found, buried, dug up, eaten, composited back from it's dna 5 million years later, stamped and mailed to the bank.
