I got Gameshark Version 2 v1.2 and there are codes listed on the site for prize cars in GT3. Example below.

Nism GTR LM For $1 May 11, 2007
GT One For $1

Now when I put in the codes I can't buy the car's still and there not in my garage..These codes bad codes or can you even get cars using the codes ?
 
ask that HBDRVLR(or whatever) guy he knows lots of stuff about codes
 
The oldest codes that they have is for Version 3. Are you sure you have the right codes for your Gameshark? If not, you might need to upgrade.
