This may be old news but:

I noticed this with the Berlinette and Laramie. When received the HP on the Berlinette was 158. Raced it and changed the oil and the HP bumped up to 170.

Laramie was 330 when received. Raced it and changed the oil and the HP bumped to 340.

I'm guessing the same will be true with the used cars you buy.

Anyone notice anything similar?

I've heard this explained as the first oil change is switching to "racing oil". It doesnt seem realistic to me that you can gain like 25hp by changing oil but whatever.
BTW what on earth is a Laramie? Even though I undoubtedly have one if it is a prize car, I am unfamiliar with it?

Laramie = Dodge Ram

And yeah, your first oil change with any car (new or used) will bump up the HP.

Its always been this way with every single car, an oil change before you ever drive it and the HP will increase. I suspect its a change in power from reduced friction and temperatures due to a superior quality oil from your standard oil.

Some of the power increases do seem a bit exaggerated but hey why are you complaining about 20+ HP that costs 250cr???

yes any new car that you have never driven UCD/ OCD or NCD will have a BHP boost if you give in an oil change before you drive it, but thats only if you NEVER driven it. this allows a max BHP
