Hey there!

Well as PES5 only coists 17€ at CD-Wow, I wanted to buy PES5 but I can't play it cos all the buttons are for the PS2 gamepad so I thought I could buy PES5 with a Playstation2 gamepad and some adapter which I need.

Well PES5 is ordered. Playstation2 pad will be bought on Monday... but which converter I should buy? There seem to be loads of them.

Could anyone help me finding a cheap/good converter? Do I have to look for something else?

Cheers!

I use a "Gamemon Ps2 to PC Adaptor"

Works like a charm and makes alot of games easier to play, except for FPS games for obvious reasons.

Well they used to sell great priced adapters on play.com, only about £6, but sadly they have now sold out. About drivers, they ussually don't need special drivers at all, you just plug them in and they're ready to use.

Thanks mate! Erm is it easy to use the PS2 gamepad if you have big hands? Find it a bit difficult to use the trigger or l1,2 etc. simultaneously.

Play.com doesn#t worl for me. I'm in Germany. The export cost would be higher than the product I suppose :D

Yeah sorry mate i don't really know any other places you can get one. They could sell them at your local gamestore, i recall one near me selling them. And don't worry, your hands won't be too big for the control :D

Ok so I'll buy the adapter Midnite mentioned or any pother adapters which are cheaper. Thanks.

Edit: Do all converters support the Dual Shock2 controller. Just read that this one is able to recognise the pressure on a button.

Edit 2: http://www.playdeluxe.net/afterbuy/shop/storefront/start.asp?shopid=4199 <-- That looks nice :D

The sold out thing: http://play.com/play247.asp?pa=srmr&page=title&r=PC&title=114167

Yes they all support the dual shock controller. Good luck and have fun 👍

Thanks but I can't find a cheap converter. Now I wanna have this Joytech converter. Hopefully it will be on stock soon.
