Problem at Date & Time Not Set Correctly

Whenever I try to start the game I have always had a screen that says the date and time are not set correctly. So about 5 minutes ago I went to send someone a car and when I got to this screen the OK box blinks a blue outline around it. After about a minute I quit the game through the PS button and restarted and again it "froze" when it got to this screen. I then attempted to start on a secondary account and it did the same. The PS3 plays other games fine

Use the "synch time and date via internet" option, I used to suffer the same problem and get fixed in that way
 
yea sync via the net then make sure DST is on. done.
