Problem playing GT5 with Fanatec CSR Elite w/ Clubsports Pedals V1

For some reason my CSR Elite with Clubsport pedals V1 is not working with GT5 on PS3. I can play with no problems on my Xbox 360 with Forza 4, but with GT5 the only thing that works are the face buttons on the wheel. When racing, turning the wheel does nothing, though I do feel resistance on the wheel. The pedals don't respond either.

Is there some sort of setting I am missing? I recently reformatted my PS3 and played GT5 with no problems before, though it has been a few months.

Also, has there been a recent firmware update to the CSR Elite. I bought my wheel in March, but have never updated myself. Could someone tell me the process on how to update if there is one.
 
Booting in PS3 mode is working fine. How about, when you connect to a PC.
 
Figured it out. I've been booting it in PC mode instead of PS3. I forgot to hold the select button with the back button.

Though I'm still wondering how to update the firmware if anyone can help me out.
