Problem with DLC Complete Pack

Hey people!

I have a very annoying problem and I hope someone can help me here.

I have now bought the complete package in the store and of course immediately tried it. It worked without problems. But when I started Gran Turismo a few hours later and tried to take one of the new cars a problem appeared: "Der herunterladbare Inhalt "Rennwagen-Paket" ist nicht installiert. Bitte installieren Sie ihn erneut.“

I'm using a German version. Translated to English: "The downloadable content "racing car pack” is not installed. Please install it again."


So I cannot use the new cars. Furthermore the new courses Spa and Kart Space no longer appear in the course menu. However, the racing gear and paint pack are working fine.

The menu "Downloadable Content" displays all packages (race cars, racing gear, paint and course pack): "Installation completed."

I have no idea what to do and how to re-install!

Try going to the in-game menu (where you see Course Maker, GT Life, Arcade, etc.) and click on Downloadable Content (should be on the far right), and then Install them through there.
Let me know if that works

I've already tried this.
But I'm not able to install them again. The list that appears says that all of the packages are already intalled.
When I'm clicking on the install-button nothing happens. :/
 
I've found a solution!

I had an "older" backup file of GT5 on an USB stick. I deleted the current game file in the XMB menu under "Memory Data Utility" and paste the old copy.

After that I was able to install all packages in the GT main menu under "Downloadable Content". Until now it works without problems!
 
I had this, or similar... There is a new 'add on' for DLC use with families ( where the DLC content can be used by all users on a console). There is a add on for the Tracks, and another for the cars.

Interestingly enough... I also got new sets of DLC paints.. I had paints in my items already, after doing the new 'add on', I got more DLC paints.
 
I was stupid enough not to understand what was going on, and end up buying again the Race Car Pack... TWICE! trying to solve this. Only the Family add on solved it. I was furious with myself in first place, and second with Sony for not explaining such issue. Oh well, money spent, tears dried up, my garage now have two sets of the Car Pack on my garage, and one waiting on DLC to install, cause I was one of the Complete Pack buyers, Car Pack 2 and Car Pack 3....Thanks Sony...
