What you're noticing is the tires stuttering on the pavement. THe suspension is so stiff and the car sticks to the road so tight, that on a tough corner the car hops a bit. Why this happens, is beacuse the tires are breaking contact for mere 1/100ths of a second and it's like skipping a stone across a pond. Only it happens on an incredibly fast rate.
It is normal. The easiest way to fix that issue, is to work on how fast you enter the corner.
You could also try raising the car height and softening the suspension.
