Hi , today i made a cd audio for my 206...
the stereo is original... i made it with windows media player, like all the other cd's.. now, the problem is that when i insert cd in radio, it says ERROR 2 and it doesn't start... the strange thing it's that the cd is new, i bought today from market, a TDK cd...
Is there a method to run the cd in my car or i have to buy another cd???

Some CD players will not read recorded Cd's at all. The player in my 2000 Dodge Dakota will not play anything recorded.I'm guessing that the CD will play in something other than your PC (home sound system)?

Are you sure you burned .wav-files on the audio CD, not .mp3-files? I doubt a 206's stock headunit can handle .mp3's. Does it play purchased CD's just fine?

I always made CD's for my car, and they work... old CD's runs but this new TDK doesn't play...
When i make a CD, i put all my songs in Windows Media Player (all of these songs are mp3 files) , next i burn the CD and insert first to pc to see if it works and then i try it on my car..
The strange thing is that some type of CD's (chinese CD's and other low brands) works very well...
I don't know what can i do...

You sure you haven't picked up CD-RW instead of CD-R?

The wikipedia page on Compact Disk shows there's more than a few subtle variations that could baffle your old player.

i find a method to run the CD , I have to turn off the radio and then open it, again and again ... in few times the CD runs ;)
