Problem with my wheel

I got a Driving Force EX yesterday as my first racing wheel for GT5 and I think its broken

I cant use my X1 with it cuz the wheel randomly turns from side to side at 20 mph and i cant use it for nascar cuz it wont turn the car propaly

So I'm just wondering if it's just me or is the wheel broken or is there any settings i have to change??

Try unplugging the feedback for the Vettel if it bothers you. What you describe is normal.

I don't have any advice for the Nascar.
