problem with PS3's XMB Facebook feature

So I discovered yesterday that the XMB in the PS3 has a feature that allows it to post information to your Facebook page. I selected "Yes" on the feature that allows trophies to be published, and then entered my FB account and password, and I'm still not getting anything published. I've had at least 2 trophies since I set it up. Is this a common problem? Does it take a long time to publish things or is it supposed to be instant?

Any help would be appreciated!
 
I'm pretty sure it publishes things in batches. Maybe it does a daily update. Not sure.

It (usually) only publishes when you sync your trophies - you can do this in-game by going to the Friends section of the XMB and viewing your own profile; when not in a game you can go to the Trophies section under Game and that will also start a sync. Also make sure you've given the Playstation Network app permission to publish to your wall in your settings on Facebook.
 
I have two PSN apps in my Facebook, one is simply called "Playstation(R)Network" and the other is called "Playstation(R)Network Application", which one is responsible for posting the trophies?
 
I only have the former in my app list, so it's definitely the first one.

Mines does it whenever i sync trophies and it shows up on my FB.But even at that it can be very hit and miss which is a wee bit of a problem.
 
OK I just sync'd trophies this mornngn when I fired up the PS3 and they just showed up on my FB. Thanks for the input, guys. And it is indeed the "Playstation(R)Network" app that does it.
 
i use that and it has a habit of posting my trophies up at about 5sm on work days, making me look an even sadder gt freak then i already am.... i stop playin by at least 3am
