Ok, here's the deal. In Firefox, I have my post all written out, and so I go to put in smilies. When I want one that's not in the normal smilie box to the right, I click "More", so it opens in a new tab, or even in a new window. But the post box comes up again, not the complete smilie box. It works fine in IE, but in Firefox it isn't.

What's going on?!?

It's working fine for me with FF. Do you have Javascript disabled?

Also, on the normal default text box, when I click on a smilie, it goes to the top of the post I've typed.

I have no idea what's going on.

That happens to me in Internet Explorer 6 so its not just isolated to FF

I think it would be pertinent to say what editor you use (set in user control panel): WYSIWYG, basic aided, or plain text box.

It works fine for me in FF 1.0.2 with the basic aided editor.

I've had that happen to me a couple of times on IE... the smilies do get posted, it just doesn't appear on the text box when you're writing it.

That happens here if the page is still loading when I click on the smileys.

And I found out yesterday that the "jump to the top" problem also happens with bolding something or changing the text color.

I tested the default and the WYSIWYG, and both of them made it go to the top of the post.

I use 1.0.7, if that matters at all. :scared:

I do still see them.

It happens even when the page has already been loaded.

Anyway, thanks for trying to help me, everyone.
