Problem with T3PA pedals on PC - even at the smallest input they always give 100%

Title explains it, every time I press either the brake or the accelerator pedal slightly all my games on PC always register a 100% input, but this doesn't happen on PS4, they work properly there. I tried to follow the calibration method explained in this thread but to no avail, any suggestions?

Solved - forgot to install the firmware thinghy from Thrustmaster's site (1 braincell moment from me).
