Problems Since 1.06

After the initial installation of 1.06, my game data file became corrupted.

After deleting and reinstalling the updates, the game is playable, but there is a slight problem that is really starting to piss me off. The game just freezes up out of nowhere. It's usually when I'm browsing cars to purchase and/or looking at cars in my garage. Anybody else have this issue?
 
I can't be the only person to have this problem, can I? I have deleted the game file three times now. Each time I delete it, it marks it as a corrupt file and I have to go back and delete that corrupt file. After that, I fire GT5 back up and install the downloadable updates, then copy the files off of the disk to the PS3. Start playing the game and browse cars and then it just locks up. ANYBODY?
 
My game data hasn't become corrupted but I'm having real trouble with the loading times and sometimes the game doesn't load up properly. Also, the title menu freezes up and I cannot use the cursor or click on any icons.

The bugs and glitches are really getting to me now.
 
Do a clean reinstall of GT5: Back up your save to an external device, clean the blu-ray disc, delete the installation and save files from your PS3, re-install both lots of installation data from the disc, load up GT and install the update (or updates) when prompted, copy the save data back onto your HD, see how you go from there.

If you are still having issues, could be a corrupt save or something more problematic with your PS3?
