Problems with dual shock 3 control after latest update !!!

Since the last gt5 prologue update this being the october 31st; my dual shock has ceased vibrating, i've tried in with other games & the vibration works perfect. Can anyone advise me on any solutions to this problem & has anyone else experienced this problem. Sony please take note !!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Pretty much every Gran Turismo update resets all configuration settings. (controls, sounds, steering wheel adjustments etc etc)

Just go back into the options menu and switch the vibration option back on.

I would have already turned on all the vibration options in both the system settings & game settings, I even switched off & on the system & reset the controller via the reset button undre the control next to the center screw. Please note, it was vibrating while in one race & as soon as the next race had started the vibration went away while actually in the process of turning a bend.
 
Mine is working fine. Has to be a glitch of some sort then.

Is sounds like you need a new controller. As long as It's less than a year old take it back. Sony will change it no questions asked.
 
My controller is working fine since the update.

The dualshock feature on my six axis controller hasn't worked since day one when playing GT5P...of course it works with other PS3 games I don't play though :crazy:
 
Since the latest update Ver 2.53, the Dual Shock has started working again, so it appears to have been a software issue from Sony with the previous software update. Almost bought a new Dual Shock controller!!!

Sometimes its good not to rush into things ..............
