This afternoon I updated google earth, but after the update it didn't work.
I decided to uninstall it (to reinstall it again), but during this process my laptop battery ran out.
When I turned on my laptop, google earth was not on the desktop, ok, google earth was uninstalled (It's uninstalled because in the list of programs to uninstall it doesn't appear)
I downloaded the google earth file, and here is my problem, when I click the icon (to install it) nothing happens.

I don't know why, but looking for a solution I uninstalled all google products (all listed in google updater, chrome, skype, realplayer, picasa, adobe reader, google desktop and firefox)
Right now I installed firefox, but it fails constantly, screen turns white and goodbye, also the google toolbar doesn't work, I click the icons and nothing happens.

Can someone help me?

Try starting firefox in safe mode and see if it works. (I assume your on Windows?)

Thank you very much owen.c93, I disabled all add-ons and now it works perfectly.

Now I need to find a solution to google earth.
Maybe google earth was not properly uninstalled because my laptop battery ran out during the uninstall, and for that reason I can't install it now, in the list of programs to uninstall it doesn't appear and in program files there is no google earth folder, is there any way to know if there are traces of google earth on my computer?

I've had similar issues with it in the past when i've updated to a new version. This link may or may not help you.

Does the Google Earth plugin work with Google Maps through firefox?

No, I tried to install that plug-in, the installation begins but never finishes, from there, if I click any button firefox screen turns white and the computer runs slowly, the only solution is to restart the computer.

When your battery runs out does the computer stop all processes and shut down properly or does it just quit? If it didn't shut down and just quit in the middle of the uninstall it might have registry faults keeping the program from working.

If the registry is knackered the best fix may be reinstalling the OS. Have you got the discs to do this? It's a bit of a ball ache restoring all your media and installing all your programs again but you're meant to do it every couple of years anyway.

I'm sure that's the problem.

I don't have any disc.
Another problem is that I have no idea how to do that.
Thanks for your help guys
