Problems with S 10

Hi everyone,
I am lovin Prologue and have completed all the liciences upto the very last one which is S 10.Can any recommend a car to use and settings.I have been trying with the FORD GT test car as this seems to handle pretty well for me,but am still havin problems.Also how do you change the tyres you can use as tunin wont let me alter them.

Alright mate, can't help you with the challenge, sorry.
But how did you acquire the Ford GT test car? I don't know how to get it. :indiff:

Can be bought in the GT Tuned section of the dealership, 200,000 credits if I remember correctly. 👍
 
The Ford GT LM-Test-Car can be found in the "Polyphony Tuning Cars" for 300.000 Credits.

I managed a "silver" result in S10 with the tuned 'Vette. Handling is fabulous but on the straights the car is not fast enough.

I think i will buy the LM-GT today and give it another try for a gold-Result.
 
Try the tuned C6 Corvette. It's realiailvely cheap (20k in JPN version, so that should be 2k in other versions, I think..), has great downforce and top speed. You have to be on point with your overtaking maneuvers. Most are pretty easy inside overtakes, but you need to atleast get by the Ford GT by the Turn 3 sweeper to get after the Viper and a few other cars on the inside around the sweeper, then overtake a few more under braking downhill for Turn 9. You've got five laps to easily catch the others -- usually around Turn 9 or so on the final lap.

Edit: Shorten the ratios or you'll have trouble drafting down to Turn 1.
 
I cant do this race, its driving me nuts.. I think I drive ok but I cant gain on Leaders.
can someone post laptimes from lap 1 to the last one in normal mode? that way I can see what I have to aim for in laptimes.
